If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and exchange policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility
You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags remain attached and hanging.

The product is returned in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
3. Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability):

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we’ll ship the replacement.

If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
