All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirmation does not signify acceptance. Your order is accepted once we send a shipping confirmation email, forming a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

  • The Founder &Co. does not store or have access to your credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times and shipping fees appear during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier operations, or events beyond our control.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may exchange or return items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached and hanging.

  • You contact us at support@thefounderandco.com to initiate the process.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the item passes inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.
